This exceptional coffee originates from the Hambella farm, situated in the Guji Zone of the Oromia Region in southern Ethiopia. The Guji Zone, known for its rich volcanic soil and high elevation, provides the perfect microclimate for producing extraordinary Arabica coffee with complex flavors. This region’s unique environment, characterized by ample rainfall and cool temperatures, allows the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing deeper and more nuanced flavor profiles. Our Guji Hambella coffee showcases a remarkable natural processing method. The ripe cherries are handpicked and carefully laid out on raised beds to dry under the sun. This meticulous process enhances the beans’ natural sweetness and fruity notes, resulting in a vibrant and distinctive cup. Tasting notes often include hints of tropical fruits, berries, and floral undertones, reflecting the unique terroir of the region.

Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Unfortunately, we do not offer international or GCC deliveries at this time. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery zones in the future to better serve our growing customer base. Stay tuned for updates on regional and international shipping!
Delivery Timelines
At The Brew Crew, we understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly, especially when it comes to freshly roasted coffee. To ensure you get the freshest products, we roast our coffee on demand. We strive to process and dispatch your orders within the next business day after an order is placed. Here’s a breakdown of our delivery process:
- Business Days: Our business days are from Monday to Friday.
- Weekend Orders: Please note that we are unable to process or fulfill deliveries on weekends (Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday). Any orders placed during this period will be processed on the next business day (Monday), and fulfilled as soon as possible.
- Orders Placed on Fridays: If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, please be aware that your order will be prepared and dispatched on Monday.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
For orders placed during business hours on a weekday, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 1-2 business days. While same-day delivery is not guaranteed, we strive to offer prompt service to ensure that your coffee and other items arrive as quickly as possible.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders exceeding 200 AED. This makes it even easier to enjoy our freshly roasted coffee and premium coffee equipment without any additional delivery costs. For orders below 200 AED, a small delivery fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
Shipping Charges
For orders under 200 AED, delivery fees are applied based on your location within the UAE. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information. You can easily monitor the status of your delivery and track your order in real-time. If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is here to assist you.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to deliver your order due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to arrange a convenient time. If a second delivery attempt is required, additional charges may apply.

While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to external factors such as public holidays or weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you of any changes to your delivery schedule as soon as possible.
