CREMA SUPREMO BLEND

Yin & yang, arabica & robusta, Strong & smooth, that's what Crema Supremo is. This was our first blend we created to cater to coffee drinkers that wanted a more bolder coffee. It's a combination of Brazilian arabica and Ugandan robusta that brings out chocolate, nutty sweetness and more body. During extraction it producesa thick crema that has sweet honey note. Milk-based drinks, espressos and lungos are the best ways to enjoy Crema Supremo.

KNOW YOUR LOT

Every number — and every note — behind this coffee, published. Tap a metric to see what it means and why it matters.

Origins

Where this coffee comes from

Brazil is one of the world’s most established coffee origins, known for its broad and consistent coffee-growing tradition, while Uganda brings a distinct East African identity shaped by its own long-standing coffee culture. Together, they represent two very different coffee-producing regions with deep roots in coffee.

Region

Where within the origin it was grown

Minas Gerais brings Brazil’s rich coffee-growing heritage, Bugisu represents the highland character of eastern Uganda, while Masaka adds another distinct Ugandan growing region. Together, these three regions form the geographical foundation of this blend, bringing coffees from complementary growing environments into a single cup.

Producer

Who grew or produced this coffee

This blend is crafted in-house by The Brew Crew, bringing together carefully selected coffees to create a profile that is intentional, balanced, and distinctly our own.

Variety

The coffee variety grown / What this blend is made from

This coffee combines multiple coffee varieties rather than a single variety, allowing the characteristics of each to come together and shape the final cup.

Altitude

How high this coffee was grown

The coffees in this blend are grown across elevations of 1,200–1,500 metres above sea level, reflecting the different growing environments of the two components.

Process

How the coffee was processed after harvest

In natural processing, coffee cherries are dried whole with the fruit still surrounding the seed. This extended contact with the fruit often produces sweeter, fruit-forward flavours and a fuller, more expressive cup.

Roast Level

How far we developed the roast

A dark roast brings greater intensity and body to the cup, with deeper roasted and caramelised flavours taking centre stage. It’s ideal for those who prefer a bold, rich and full-flavoured coffee.

Preferred Extraction

How we think this coffee shines best

Best extracted as espresso, where its sweetness, body, and intensity can shine through in a concentrated cup. Its fuller profile also makes it an excellent choice for milk-based drinks.
