In the region of Hulia, farmers have been cultivating exceptional coffee with great care and dedication. This region, known for its rich coffee-growing traditions, provides the perfect environment for coffee cultivation, with a climate that’s ideal for developing complex flavors. The farmers here tend to each cherry with pride, ensuring the highest quality at every step of the process.
Once harvested, the ripe Geisha cherries undergo a meticulous culturing process — a 120-hour fermentation infused with tropical fruits such as papaya, mango, and guava. This innovative method allows the natural sugars and aromas of the fruit to interact with the coffee’s vibrant Geisha character, deepening its complexity and sweetness.
After fermentation, the beans are carefully washed and dried to preserve clarity and structure. The result is an extraordinary cup that bursts with bright tropical notes, layered with juicy sweetness and a silky, refined finish. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Unfortunately, we do not offer international or GCC deliveries at this time. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery zones in the future to better serve our growing customer base. Stay tuned for updates on regional and international shipping!
Delivery Timelines
At The Brew Crew, we understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly, especially when it comes to freshly roasted coffee. To ensure you get the freshest products, we roast our coffee on demand. We strive to process and dispatch your orders within the next business day after an order is placed. Here’s a breakdown of our delivery process:
- Business Days: Our business days are from Monday to Friday.
- Weekend Orders: Please note that we are unable to process or fulfill deliveries on weekends (Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday). Any orders placed during this period will be processed on the next business day (Monday), and fulfilled as soon as possible.
- Orders Placed on Fridays: If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, please be aware that your order will be prepared and dispatched on Monday.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
For orders placed during business hours on a weekday, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 1-2 business days. While same-day delivery is not guaranteed, we strive to offer prompt service to ensure that your coffee and other items arrive as quickly as possible.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders exceeding 200 AED. This makes it even easier to enjoy our freshly roasted coffee and premium coffee equipment without any additional delivery costs. For orders below 200 AED, a small delivery fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
Shipping Charges
For orders under 200 AED, delivery fees are applied based on your location within the UAE. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information. You can easily monitor the status of your delivery and track your order in real-time. If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is here to assist you.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to deliver your order due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to arrange a convenient time. If a second delivery attempt is required, additional charges may apply.
