Whether you’re ordering our artisan roasted beans, coffee machines, or accessories, we ensure timely and reliable deliveries across the UAE. Please read through our delivery policy to understand the timelines and terms associated with your orders.
Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Unfortunately, we do not offer international or GCC deliveries at this time. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery zones in the future to better serve our growing customer base. Stay tuned for updates on regional and international shipping!
Delivery Coverage & Timelines
At The Brew Crew, we understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly, especially when it comes to freshly roasted coffee. To ensure you get the freshest products, we roast our coffee on demand. We strive to process and dispatch your orders within the next business day after an order is placed. Here’s a breakdown of our delivery process:

Business Days & Hours: Our business days are from Monday to Saturday
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Sunday: CLOSED
Orders placed outside of operating hours will be processed during the next business window.
Dubai Orders
Orders within Dubai placed during operating hours are typically prepared for same-day or next-business-day delivery, depending on order timing, roasting schedule, and logistics availability.
While same-day delivery is not guaranteed, we make every reasonable effort to fulfill eligible Dubai orders as quickly as possible.
Other Emirates
Orders delivered outside Dubai are not eligible for same-day delivery.
Delivery timelines for other Emirates generally range between 1–3 business days, depending on the specific location, courier routing, and operational factors.
Certain remote areas or special circumstances may require adjusted delivery scheduling.
Saturday Orders Policy
For orders placed on Saturday during operating hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM):
- Dubai orders may be prepared and delivered on the same day where operationally feasible.
- Orders for all other Emirates will be prepared starting Monday onwards and will follow the standard delivery timeline of 1–3 business days
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders exceeding 200 AED. This makes it even easier to enjoy our freshly roasted coffee and premium coffee equipment without any additional delivery costs. For orders below 200 AED, a small delivery fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
Shipping Charges
For orders under 200 AED, delivery fees are applied based on your location within the UAE. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to deliver your order due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to arrange a convenient time or possibly the next business day.
Delivery Delays
While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to external factors such as public holidays or weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you of any changes to your delivery schedule as soon as possible.
